Welcome to Musado, The Way of the Warrior
"Musa", is Korean for warrior or knight; "Do" means art or the way. Thus we arrive at "The Way of the Warrior." The study of Musado will provide the student with the ultimate in self defense training.

Musado students will learn the throws, joint locks, kicking and striking techniques from the Korean martial arts of Taekwondo and Hapkido.
Students will be introduced to the rich history of Korean martial arts weapons. They begin learning the basic stances, blocks and strikes for each weapon. This allows them to get a feel for the weapon and to prepare them for the other aspects of training with that weapon.
Students will also practice both the Korean Tan-Jon breathing and the Chinese Ba Dua Jin Qigong breathing exercises.
Tan-Jon Breathing is a form of deep abdominal breathing exercises the increase both respiration and circulation.
Qigong - or Chi Kung is a term that describes a Chinese exercise system that focuses on cultivating and attracting "Qi" or lifeforce energies.
For ages 13 to Adult
